Say hello to today's eagle.
As we left the cabin this morning we could hear eagles chirping in the background, but couldn't see where they were perched.

When we returned, the minute we got out of our vehicle, a very beautiful eagle chirped at us, as if to say, hello, I'm glad your home. He was in the front yard up in the tree located about 30' feet from us.

As a child I grew up in the woods of Alaska and have always loved and befriended the birds. We used to sing together and I was sure they were following me through the woods. Eagles, moose, bear and other wildlife never seem to be afraid on our property. Even our wolf dog Shadow Spirit is respectful of all of them.
